Two conditions on the second half are easy to miss. The second deposit must occur within seven days of the first, and it must be at least $30. A $10 second deposit inside the window would not trigger the spins, and neither would a $50 deposit on day nine.
The 20-day limit applies here too. The terms give you 20 days to earn the welcome offer, and any part not earned within that window is removed from the account. So the whole offer is valid for three weeks rather than being something to return to next month.
What wager-free actually means at Banzai
This is, without doubt, the section worth reading twice, because no wagering does not mean the bonus is cash.
Clause 2.2.1 states that when playing with a bonus that features no wagering requirements, the bonus balance cannot exceed the amount credited, and that anything won above that amount is moved to the cash balance where it can be withdrawn. Clause 2.2.2 then states plainly that the bonus balance itself cannot be withdrawn.
Put those together and the mechanic is clear. A deposit of $100 credits your account with $100 of cash and $100 of bonus. The bonus $100 is never yours. What is yours is whatever the bonus wins on top of itself, which moves to the cash balance immediately.
The practical version: a wager-free bonus at Banzai is a free run at the games rather than free money. You cannot deposit, take the match and cash out $200. You can play the bonus and keep the winnings, with nothing to clear first. That is genuinely better than a 40x bonus, and it is not the same as doubling your deposit.
The free spins work the same way, and a little better. Clause 2.4.10 states that winnings from welcome-offer free spins do not generate a bonus and are converted to cash immediately. Therefore spin winnings are cash from the moment they land, with the bonus stage skipped entirely.

Banzai's terms name STARSCREAM LTD., incorporated in Saint Lucia with registration number 2023-00007 and subject to Saint Lucia law, licensed and regulated in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake under licence number 00952, issued in July 2023.
That disclosure sits in the site footer and in clause 1.7 of the general terms rather than in the bonus terms, which is why a reader examining bonus pages alone would conclude there is no licence at all. There is one, and it comes with something more useful than most: a published complaint escalation route.
Clause 10.3 states that if a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, it can be submitted to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, not less than seven days and not more than six months after the issue first arose.
