Inconsistencies can always be found in the register, and one of them here is the formatting of the licence. The body of the terms states ALSI-202410047-F12. The footer states ALSI-202410047-FI2. The difference is a capital I against the digit 1, and it matters when typing the reference into a search.
The restricted country list is over forty entries long, and two of the entries are interesting: Costa Rica, where the operating company is located, and Cyprus, where the payment agent is located. Curacao is listed. Latvia is not, so the pages read for this review are the pages a visitor from here would be served.
Complaints, dormancy and the clauses at the back
The complaints process is well defined for a casino with no named adjudicator. Receipt of a complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours, the matter is escalated internally if support cannot settle it, and every complaint has to be resolved within eight weeks.

By reaching out to support, you can self-exclude for a period of between six months and five years. It cannot be reversed within that period, which is the correct design.
