The verdict on Fairspin Casino
This review corrects the largest single error this site has ever published. Fairspin was ranked number one on the 200% deposit bonus page, referred to as the cheapest 200% match available, on a wagering figure of 30x that came from a third-party listing rather than from Fairspin. Fairspin publishes x45.
That changes the arithmetic by half. A 100 deposit gives a 200 bonus, and x45 against it equates to 9,000 of turnover rather than 6,000. Fairspin is now fifth of the ten on that page, and only five casinos of the 88 listed ask for more.
The rest of the reading did the opposite. Fairspin's disclosure is the best of the twelve casinos reviewed here. Its terms name the operating company, its Costa Rica registration number, its Anjouan licence reference and the Cyprus company that moves the money, and they appoint an external adjudicator. In this part of the market, almost nothing does all four. The offer is expensive; the document is good.
What works
- Company, both registration numbers, licence reference and payment agent all named in the terms.
- A named independent adjudicator with a published email for disputes.
- A stated $2,500 ceiling on each of the four deposits and a $20 minimum on each.
- Withdrawal limits, win caps and a single-spin cap are all published as figures.
What does not
- x45 puts a 100 deposit at 9,000 of turnover, nearly double the roster median.
- The bonus lifetime is 3 days in the summary and 4 days in the specific terms.
- A clause caps bonus winnings at your own deposit, far below the $2,500 headline.
- 67 countries restricted, including 24 of the 27 EU states.
The Fairspin Casino wagering is x45
The welcome offer page states it twice, once for the cash bonus and once for the spins.
| Where it appears | What it says |
|---|---|
| Welcome bonus terms | "Wager: x45" |
| Free spins section, same page | "Wager: x45" |
| Specific terms and conditions | "subject to a wagering requirement of up to 45x (depending on the deposit amount)" |
| The 57-page terms document | No casino wagering multiplier at all. The bonus policy lists excluded games and moves on to sports. |
Read in August 2026. The figure 30x appears nowhere on the welcome page, in the 191,000-character terms document, or in the FAQ.
There is one thing the page does not answer. The specific terms read "up to 45x (depending on the deposit amount)", which means the multiplier changes with the amount deposited, and there is no mention anywhere of how it is determined. A reader can safely assume the requirement is no worse than x45, but cannot work out whether their own deposit earns better.
A 100 deposit honouring the x45 requirement commits you to 9,000 of turnover. That is high against the roster median of 4,800 across the 68 casinos here with a calculable figure, and it is the highest that can be calculated. At the 10 USDT maximum bet the terms allow while a bonus is active, that is 900 bets at the ceiling.
What the 550% actually pays
Of the eleven casinos reviewed on this site that advertise a package total, Fairspin is the first whose first rung matches what our roster already held.
| Deposit | Match | Ceiling | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 200% | $2,500 | 50 |
| Second | 125% | $2,500 | 50 |
| Third | 125% | $2,500 | 50 |
| Fourth | 100% | $2,500 | 50 |
| Advertised pack | 550% | $10,000 | 200 |
From the Bonus Structure block on the welcome offer page. The minimum deposit is $20 and applies to each step.
The percentages add to 550% and the ceilings are the same on every rung, so the arithmetic holds together in a way most packages on this site do not. This is one of the few packages where a 200% deposit says what it means, and that is why Fairspin stays on the 200% page at all. What moved it down the page was the multiplier, and nothing about the structure.
The spins are worth reading separately. All 200 run on Fairspin Bonanza 1000 at $0.2 a spin, which is $40 of play across the whole pack, spread 50 to a deposit. Each carries the same x45 and a three-day life of its own. The page publishes a field titled "Max win from a spin" and leaves the field blank.
Three rules on what you keep
The welcome page gives three different answers to the same question, and they do not align.
| Where | The rule | On a $100 deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome bonus terms | "Max cashout: $2,500 at each step of the Welcome Offer" | $2,500 |
| Specific terms | "Max bonus cashout equals max bonus amount" | $2,500 |
| Specific terms | "Winnings from the bonus amount cannot exceed the deposit amount from which the bonus was activated" | $100 |
All three appear on the same welcome offer page, two of them inside the same paragraph of the specific terms.
The third rule is the one that binds. It caps winnings at the deposit rather than at the bonus or at a fixed ceiling, so the $2,500 in the summary only becomes reachable once the deposit itself reaches $2,500. Below that, a player stakes 45 times the bonus to be allowed to keep an amount equal to what they put in.
The bonus life has the same problem in miniature. The summary says three days. The specific terms on the same page say the wagering "must be completed within 4 days (for deposit bonus), or 3 days (for free spins)". The FAQ says 72 hours. Two of those three agree, and the terms that would govern a dispute are the ones that do not.
Who runs Fairspin Casino
Here the review turns into praise, because this is the clearest corporate disclosure of any casino read for this site. Clause 1.3 of the terms sets it out in one paragraph.
- Operator: Sorta Group Limitada, registered under the laws of Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-908265, at Barrio Dent, San Pedro, San Jose.
- Licence: issued under the laws of Anjouan, reference ALSI-202508047-FI2, regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Authority.
- Payments: Veltria Ltd, incorporated in Cyprus with company registration number HE 479000, Archiepiskopou Makariou III 84, Larnaca, contractually authorised to process all deposits and withdrawals.
- Governing law: Anjouan.
Before this review, our roster read "Costa Rica reg. (Sorta Group Limitada)", which was half the story and the less useful half at that. A Costa Rica registration is a company record rather than a gambling licence, and on its own it provides no information about supervision. The Anjouan reference is the part that can be verified against a regulator, and Fairspin publishes it.
The Cyprus payment agent has now become a pattern instead of a curiosity. Three of the casinos reviewed here in a row place an EU-registered company between the player and the Anjouan licence. JetTon uses Forneta Evolution LTD, SpinLander refers to an unnamed Cyprus company, and Fairspin names Veltria Ltd. Fairspin is the only one of the three that provides the registration number.
Where Fairspin Casino cannot be opened
Clause 13.2 includes a list of 67 restricted countries and territories. The shape of that list makes it worth presenting as a table.
| Group | Position |
|---|---|
| EU member states restricted | 24 of 27 |
| EU member states still open | Finland, Luxembourg, Slovenia |
| Also restricted | Great Britain, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, the United States, Russia, Ukraine |
| Open | Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Brazil, India, South Africa, Japan, Costa Rica |
Counted from the list in clause 13.2, which runs to 67 entries once the Ukrainian territories named inside one entry are treated as one.
The offer these figures come from is published at a web address ending eu-welcome-offer and titled "Welcome Offer for European players". The Europe it can lawfully be presented to is Finland, Luxembourg and Slovenia, plus Norway and Iceland outside the Union. That is a striking discrepancy between a promotion's name and its scope.
Two of the restricted entries follow the pattern this site keeps finding. Cyprus is restricted, and the payment agent is a Cyprus company. Comoros is restricted, and Anjouan, which issues the licence, is part of the Union of the Comoros. Costa Rica, where the operating company is registered, is the one home jurisdiction on this list that is not restricted.
One more thing needs saying plainly, because it is about the source of these figures. Latvia is on the restricted list, and the pages were read from Latvia in August 2026 without any block, geo-notice or redirect. Everything quoted here is what the site serves to a visitor from a country its own terms will not accept.
Withdrawal limits and win caps
Fairspin publishes numbers where most operators in this bracket publish discretion. All of these come from the withdrawals section of the terms.
| Rule | Figure |
|---|---|
| Withdrawals per day | 1,000 USDT |
| Withdrawals per week | 5,000 USDT |
| Withdrawals per month | 20,000 USDT |
| Single win limit | 100,000 USDT |
| Maximum win from one spin | 25,000x your bet per line |
| Maximum bet while wagering a bonus | 10 USDT |
The account currency is USDT. VIP accounts may be granted higher withdrawal limits on request, decided case by case.
The daily aggregate is probably the clause that deserves the most attention. Wins credited inside any rolling 24 hours cannot exceed 100,000 USDT in total, and the terms say any amount above that "shall be automatically deemed void, forfeited". Network progressive jackpots are carved out of both the single-win cap and the withdrawal limits, which is the right exception to make and one many operators forget.
The harshest provision in the document is the dormancy clause. Six months without activity allows Fairspin, "at its sole discretion and without prior notice", to delete the account and declare the balance forfeited, at which point the funds "shall immediately become the property of Sorta Group Limitada". There is no notice period and no monthly service charge; the balance simply stops being yours.
The wagering rule that applies without a bonus
Clause 5.3 of the account section applies whether or not a bonus was claimed. To initiate a withdrawal you are required to stake an amount equal to 100% of the deposited funds at least once. For sports betting and live casino, it must be staked a minimum of three times.
Fairspin defends the rule as an anti-money-laundering measure, which is a reasonable justification. The interesting part is the multiplier that pertains to live casino. If a player deposits $200, plays live blackjack and wishes to withdraw, Fairspin requires them to have staked $600 first. The same $200 deposited and played on slots needs $200.
Next to the 9,000 of turnover a bonus carries, this is a low requirement, and it is aimed at a different player: the one who declined the bonus specifically to avoid a play-through.
Complaints and the named adjudicator
Fairspin provides a complaints route that has both a deadline and an escalation path, which is rare enough on this roster to be worth setting out in full.
- Complaints go to customer service first, then to the support inbox.
- A final outcome is promised within 10 days of the operator receiving complete information, extendable for unusually complex cases with notice.
- If you disagree with the outcome, the terms say you are "contractually entitled" to take the claim to an external independent arbitration body, and they name it: EGIS - FZCO, at disputes@egis-adr.com.
Of the twelve casinos reviewed here, three name an adjudicator. Beazt names eCOGRA, and BetFury names EGIS-ADR at the same email address Fairspin publishes. The other nine end at their own support inbox, meaning the operator is the final decision maker in any dispute with the operator.
Responsible gambling at Fairspin Casino
The responsible gaming and self-exclusion sections are well done, with warning-sign questions and links to four support organisations. The tools behind them are thinner than the writing suggests.
- Cooling off: 2 days or 1 week, requested by email. It cannot be reversed once activated.
- Self-exclusion: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or lifetime, requested by email. It cannot be revoked inside the period.
- Deposit and spending limits: the page says you may indicate a maximum amount to deposit or spend, and that you must email support to set one. The phrase "deposit limit" does not appear anywhere in the 191,000-character terms document, and no self-service control is described.
One clause here shows progress over its equivalents elsewhere. Self-exclusion suspends the account, and the terms state that the operator will process "the withdrawal of any remaining eligible balances", subject to identity checks. BetFury, Bets.io and SpinLander all lock the balance away for the duration of the exclusion instead. Someone who decides to stop should be able to take their money with them, and Fairspin allows for that. Free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous.
Who Fairspin Casino suits, and who it does not
People who check the paperwork
Company, two registration numbers, a licence reference, a payment agent and an adjudicator, all named in the contract.
Larger first deposits
Both the $2,500 ceiling on each rung and the deposit-linked win cap reward a large deposit over a small one.
Players who want a dispute route
A named external arbitrator and a 10-day response period beat the support inbox most of this market offers.
Not anyone comparing on cost
At 9,000 of turnover on a 100 deposit, it is almost double the median across the 88 casinos ranked here.
Not most of Europe
Of the 27 EU member states, 24 are restricted, and so are Great Britain, Switzerland and Australia.
Not occasional players
After six months of inactivity the account can be deleted and the balance forfeited with no prior notification at all.
How Fairspin Casino compares with the rest of the roster
The correction placed Fairspin four positions down one page and did not move it off any page, because the 200% first deposit was right all along.
- Turnover: fifth of the ten. 9,000 on a 100 deposit, where it was published as the cheapest at 6,000. TG.Casino and Joki now share that position.
- Cost against the site: high. Only five of the 88 casinos here ask for more than 9,000, and the median is 4,800.
- Disclosure: top of the roster. One of 16 rows publishing a licence reference complete enough to look up, and one of very few naming an adjudicator.
The example that makes the point is TG.Casino, one position above Fairspin on the 200% page. Both advertise 200% on deposit one. TG.Casino asks 30x for 6,000 of turnover and shows a visitor no licence at all, as our TG.Casino review sets out. Fairspin asks x45 for 9,000 and names everything. Staking half as much again buys a contract you can actually enforce, and that is a real trade rather than a rhetorical one.
Twelve reviews in, Fairspin is the first casino where the operator's own documents made the offer look less attractive and the business look more so. Each of the previous corrections ran one way. This one ran in both directions.
Fairspin Casino review questions
x45, applying to the cash bonus and to free spin winnings alike. The welcome page states it twice, and the specific terms state that it is "up to 45x (depending on the deposit amount)". On a 100 deposit that is 9,000 of turnover. See where it is published.
An offer advertised as 550% and 200 free spins, distributed over four deposits at 200%, 125%, 125% and 100% respectively. Each rung is capped at $2,500 and is accompanied by 50 free spins, with a $20 minimum on each. See the structure table.
The summary says $2,500 at each step. One clause in the specific terms makes the deposit that activated the bonus the cap on winnings, and that binds first for anyone depositing less than that. On a $100 deposit the cap is $100.
Sorta Group Limitada, registered in Costa Rica under 3-102-908265, holding Anjouan licence ALSI-202508047-FI2. Payments are processed by Veltria Ltd, a Cyprus company registered as HE 479000 in Larnaca. It is all stated in clause 1.3 of the terms.
67 countries and territories, including 24 of the 27 EU member states. Only Finland, Luxembourg and Slovenia stay open in the Union. Canada, New Zealand, Norway and Brazil are not restricted. See the restrictions section.
A daily limit of 1,000 USDT, a weekly limit of 5,000 USDT and a monthly limit of 20,000 USDT. VIP accounts can be granted increased limits, but a single win can never be more than 100,000 USDT, and winnings above that inside a rolling 24 hours are deemed void and forfeited.
Yes. You have to stake each deposit at least once before a withdrawal can be made, and three times over if the play was on live casino games or sports betting. Fairspin states that it is an anti-money-laundering mechanism. See the section above.

Bonus terms editor, CasinoFinderHub - Bucharest
I maintain the bonus data behind this site. That means reading welcome offer pages and terms documents, recording the match percentage, the ceiling, the qualifying deposit and the wagering line, and re-reading them when operators change the numbers without saying so.
This is the correction I least wanted to find and most needed to. Fairspin was our number one recommendation on the 200% page, on a 30x figure that came from a third-party listing. The operator publishes x45, so the turnover went from 6,000 to 9,000 and Fairspin dropped to fifth. Its licence line moved the other way, from a Costa Rica company registration to the full Anjouan reference the terms actually publish, and its spin count from 50 to the 200 the pack carries. Everything here was read from Fairspin's own pages and its 57-page terms document, from Latvia, in August 2026.
Play safely
Determine the cap before the wagering. This offer ties the maximum you can retain to what you deposit, so a small deposit buys a large requirement and a small ceiling at the same time. If the pack appeals, the honest question is whether you would stake 9,000 anyway.
Decide what you are willing to lose before you deposit. If you stop playing, close the account rather than leaving a balance sitting, because the terms will forfeit it after six months of no activity. The responsible gambling section above has the organisations that can help if you need extra support.
18+ Gambling is for adults only. Online casino play is not legal everywhere, and Fairspin restricts 67 countries in its own terms, so check the rules where you live before registering anywhere.
Every figure on this page was read from Fairspin's published welcome offer page, its terms document dated 16 July 2026 and its FAQ, in August 2026, from a session in Latvia. Operators change welcome offers and terms without notice, and the terms shown at the casino at the moment you deposit are the ones that apply.
