Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

CasinoFinderHub publishes casinofinderhub.com as an independent publisher. For the limited personal data described below, we act as controller. You can contact us about data protection at contact@casinofinderhub.com.

What we do not collect

Most of the policies on the internet drop this into the last section. Here, we place it first, because it is the substance of ours.

• No cookies. This site sets none. No analytics cookies, no preference cookies and no advertising cookies.
• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel and no third-party measurement script anywhere on this site.
• No accounts. There is nothing to register for, so there is no name, email or password held for you.
• No advertising network. No behavioural profile is built about you here and nothing is sold to anyone.
• No browser storage. The site uses no local or session storage.

Please refer to our cookie policy for more detail, including what changes the moment you click through to a casino.

What is collected

Two things, both ordinary.

Server logs. Like every web server, ours keeps a record of requests: the time, the page requested, the referring page, the IP address and the browser user agent. This information is used for the technical operation of the server, and for monitoring and stopping abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not shared for marketing.

Email you send us. If you send an email to contact@casinofinderhub.com, we keep that message and your address for as long as is required to address your request. We only use it to reply, and for no other reason.

Legal basis

For server logs and for replying to your request, where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to us, we rely on legitimate interests. We keep our site available and secure, and we reply to correspondence you have chosen to start. No processing here relies on consent, because nothing here requires it.

Third parties

None, and it is worth being precise about it.

Every asset a page loads - the typeface, every image, every stylesheet and every script - is served from our own domain. Loading a page therefore sends your IP address to our server and to nobody else. There is no analytics provider, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded video or map.

Google Fonts. The typeface was previously served from Google's font servers, which passed your IP address to Google on every page load. We now host the font file ourselves, so that request no longer happens.

Links to casinos and other sites

When you click a link to a casino you leave our site, and the operator's privacy policy is applicable, not ours. As a general rule, casinos set cookies and run analytics, and they also track referrals with a reference identifying the site that sent you.

We do not have any control over, and accept no responsibility for, how any third-party site handles your data. This also applies to the regulators and support organisations we link to.

How long anything is kept

Server logs are retained for security and diagnostic purposes, in the ordinary course of running a web server. Email is retained as long as a request is open, and is deleted when the request is completed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have a right to ask what personal data we hold on you, to have it corrected, to have us delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a machine readable format.

Generally, if you have not emailed us, we are very unlikely to hold anything that identifies you beyond a log entry. Send an email to contact@casinofinderhub.com and we will respond. You also have the right to contact your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is only for adults. It is not designed for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Please see our responsible gambling page.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page before the launch of anything that collects data, not after. The date below is when this policy was last reviewed. Use of our site is also subject to our terms of use, which cover the limits of the information published here.
