That address reaches the person who keeps the bonus database. There is no contact form on this site because a static site has no way to process one, and a form that quietly fails is worse than no form.
Reporting a wrong figure
This is, by far, the best message we receive. Operators change bonus terms without notice, and a reader on the casino's own page is often ahead of us.
To make it quick to act on, include:
- The casino and the page on this site where you saw the figure.
- What the operator publishes now, and which document you found it in: the promotion, the bonus terms or the general terms.
- The country you were browsing from, if you know it. Operators serve different terms to different locales, so the same page can legitimately disagree with ours.
We re-read the operator's own bonus terms to check that the reported terms are correct. We correct the database and regenerate every page carrying that figure. How we check bonus terms describes the process in full.
If you work for a casino
We welcome corrections on the same terms as anyone else's. Send us the published page and we will read it. We will not change a ranking, remove a finding or soften a review because of a commercial relationship. Every ranked list here is ordered by a rule published on that page and produced from the data, as our affiliate disclosure explains.
What we cannot help with
We are a comparison website, neither an operator nor a regulator. We hold no accounts, no funds and no control over any of the casinos listed here.
- A withheld withdrawal or a closed account. We cannot intervene. Your escalation route is the casino's own complaints procedure and then its regulator, which our licence checking guide explains how to find.
- Account, password or verification problems. Only the operator can resolve these.
- Bonus disputes. We can tell you what the published terms say, and that is the limit of what we can do.
If gambling is the problem
Our advice is not to write to us about this. We are not trained for it and you deserve better than we can give. Free and confidential help is available to you right now from BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy, GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous. We have listed what every one of these resources offers, and the tools available inside a casino account, on our responsible gambling page.
Replies
This is a small site run by one person, so a reply can take a few days. Corrections are read first, because they affect what everyone else sees.
